Launched Xtra by AXA, health coaching app that rewards users for living a healthy lifestyle
Collected data on the millennial’s current health behavior through their health tracking devices
Conducted engagement analysis to identify behavioral patterns
Segmented users into various health lifestyle personas with corresponding incentives that motivate them

Taking the learnings from our pilot project, AXA was able to incorporate the gamification and reward elements into their insurance products targeting the millennial market.
